About Chacha

Chacha has around a decade of experience in real estate financing, assisting first-time homebuyers, those looking to upsize or downsize, and real estate investors. She understands the unique needs of clients at different life stages and provides valuable resources to help them make informed decisions.

With a strong commitment to integrity, honesty, and dedication, Chacha combines her financial expertise with a client-focused approach, ensuring personalized service and optimal results for every transaction.

Born and raised in Thailand, Chacha arrived in the U.S. as a foreign student in 2001. After graduating, she was sponsored for a work visa by a company in Pleasanton, where she collaborated with local and international suppliers and clients. She has since made the beautiful Tri-Valley her home.

Outside of real estate, Chacha enjoys cooking, sewing, and meditating. She is also passionate about traveling and public speaking at Toastmasters events.
